Summer is here and we are having fun!!

Who can resist the pool on a hot day or an indoor playground when its raining or painting in the bathtub or a fun trip to Grandma and Grandpa's house?  Not Duke, he will take it all.  Take a look at a fun weekend and week so far as this boy likes to stay busy.

Two boys walking to the pool

Little snack while we wait for pool to open, aka someone did a little #2 action in it.

Dad diving in!  Look at that form.

Taking a tour of the pool and all the slides.

Having fun!!!  Loving the water.

Enjoying a car ride inside while it rains outside at the inside playground at the mall.

Buddies forever!

Duke got smart and started taking out the step stool to get closer to the basket.

Always putting dad's hat on.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!! Grandpa's card

Dad's card as he is extra special and his hero!

Duke was a little fast and got of the toilet.

Grandpa Weldon showing Duke all about his new rocking chair.  Duke will not leave this chair's side.  He drags it across the house, he even brought it into the bathroom to rock.

Special Father's Day moment.

We hit the park with Cousin Gabby.

Enjoying a Sunday car ride.

Cleaning his car because dad was washing his car.

Such a good helper with washing the cars.

Dad even let him help with the van.

Mom and Duke enjoying both their new rockers thanks to the Weldon family!  These are both about 40 years old and full of memories.

We enjoyed some DQ for Father's Day - yummy!

Duke loves to help mom do the dishes, he will not leave the sink.  Must run in the Weldon family ;)

Watching it rain, wishing he could go outside.

Another trip to the pool on a hot afternoon.

Always pointing out the airplane.

He is off........

Bath time paint session and yes he turns 18 months next week!!

Summer is treating Duke well!

We have been on the move and so has Duke!  Duke is on the go lately and into exploring anywhere he can get whether it is climbing or sneaking into spots he knows he should be but mom and dad can't help but laugh.  Duke is speaking up a storm and will repeat anything you say these days, watch out!
Duke's favorite toys are trucks, his car outside (anything outside), slides, and blocks.  He loves fruit still, peas, corn and pizza.  Our favorite time of the day is snack time before bed because Duke will get very goofy and provide mom and dad with lots of laughs.  Take a look at our last month or so of fun!
