Enjoying the last week before Duke goes to Daycare and Mom goes back to work

Duke is still just loving life!  Duke loves to smile and can now see across the room.  His favorite thing to look at is mom's turquoise vases which are very shinny.  Mom is hoping he won't crawl up the ladder they are on in the future.  Mom will try to snuggle with Duke these days but he is already on the move with kicking and moving his arms!  Duke loves to drool, grab toys, put his hands in his mouth, have his tummy rubbed and get his diaper changed.  Duke is a strong boy with holding his head up when sitting and being carried.  Who does Duke look like?  It is still hard for mom & dad to figure that out but mom thinks from the nose up he is dad and has mom's hair, complexion and mouth.  Mom also thinks Duke has dad's facial expressions on his forehead and eyebrows.  Here are some photos from this week's activities.
Dad playing with Duke in the evening.

Loves to sit and take it in.  This is his new drool scarf to catch it all :)

Ready to celebrate St. Patty's Day weekend!

Duke's biggest blow out yet!!  Mom was on the floor laughing because when Dad went to change it, he thought mom got peanut butter all over Duke's pants but then when he started taking the pants off......it was a very dirty diaper/leg!  Dad started to scream and wanted to run to the bathroom to wash his hands but mom said, "No, toughen up and get back in there and change the diaper."  Dad is a little weak in the dirty diaper department ;)
