Cabin Time!

Duke hit the cabin again this weekend for the annual Father's Day get together!  For the last 30 plus years the Schmitt family had enjoyed camping, cabin hoping, and plenty of laughs with the softball team over Father's Day weekend.  Duke will now start in the tradition.  It was a beautiful weekend at the cabin filled with lots of food, water, boat rides, fishing, and naps!  Here are photos from the fabulous weekend!

I now love water bottles.  Duke needed a little extra toy to keep him busy on the long car ride.

On Father's Day, after lunch time Duke was a happy camper and loving Dad's lap!

First fishing of the season and mom caught a fish and dad lost his pole on the first cast!  Yes dad's (Grandpa's pole) went right in the lake and to the bottom!

No worries after Grandpa acted fast with marking where it went down, and 50 casts Grandpa got the pole back!  Dad will not live this one down!

On the way to the cabin there was a pit stop for a snack.  First time mom feed Duke in the car (yes we were parked) and then Duke got to ride in the cart all by himself in the front seat!
