Duke is 37 Weeks Old!

Duke is 37 Weeks old and still on the move!!  He is getting faster by the day which means house is even more child proof or we hope!  Duke has quite the voice while playing and you can tell he is trying to tell us something but who knows at this point but mom & dad really enjoying listening to him.  He also has a new favorite trick where he likes to gurgle while on his back, you just wonder how they learn sometimes.  He now knows where ever door stop is, because he could play with it for hours and it is for sure annoying.  If Duke can crawl over it he will, if he can use it to help him stand he will use it, if he can put it in his mouth he sure will!!  Love this stage :)

This was mom & dad's first weekend away with out Duke!  Duke stayed the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Schmitt while mom and dad went to a friend's wedding out of town.  Wow did Duke know something was going on when mom brought him to Grandma and Grandpa's house on Friday - he was not a happy camper.  This was a first for him and shocked mom to watch him cry as she left any room - separation anxiety took a full swing!  After about a 15 min cry session after mom and dad left he was in good hands and enjoyed the trip to the weekend or so they say......  When Sunday came mom was sure excited to get big hug from Duke followed by a big smile once back in mom's arms!

Check out our fun week of exploring!
When Mom picked up Duke from Daycare on a cold afternoon he was the only one with out a hat so it was time for some new winter/fall hats.

Cuddle time with dad right before bed time.

Always looking for Jet.

Enjoying an amazing evening at the park, couldn't ask for better fall weather.
