Duke is 15 Weeks! (We think, mom & dad lost count)

This week was another eventful week filled with lots of laughter!  Duke still loves to stand and stomp his feet.  He has also started moving them forward as he stands with mom and dad.  He is also starting to get a little stronger at sitting, not fully sitting on his own but he is getting there.  Duke loves to look at himself in the mirror.  Mom loves to bring him to the mirror and ask who he sees?  Mom replies, "It's Duke & Mommy!"  Duke then will shyly rub his head in mom's chest, which melts her heart!
Duke had his first experience of have Uncle Dan and Aunt Anisa babysit him on Friday night while mom & dad got a date night out.  He did great and they must of wore him out because he was in bed at 8pm and didn't wake up till 7am!!!  Wow did mom and dad catch up on some sleep and will invite them to babysit anytime.
Duke also had his first full week of breast milk mixed with formula.  Finally the smell of gas has tapered off but this morning he provided quite an expolision as you can see in the photos below.  First time mom & dad had to do a full bath after wards.  Duke seems to be doing well with the mix, but feel his stomach is still adapting.  Mom misses nursing him but not the stress, time and commitment of pumping.
The Weldon's also got a visit from Aunt Amy & Gabby today.  It will be so fun when these two are both crawling and walking together.  This time you can see them both starting to really look at each other and that they are becoming friends already ;)  Gabby had a lot to tell Duke today and showed us how she is already standing.
Take a look at this week's fun!!
Duke enjoying the Final Four with Dad.

Duke loves airplane rides around the house!

Look at me stand and move.  He is going to be trouble in the months to come.

I still love my tummy!

Just looking over the crib.  When mom & dad come to get him after nap time or in the morning, Duke has the biggest smile on his face.  He must have the best dreams.

Duke is on a great nap schedule.  He now goes down for two naps a day with maybe one cap nap late afternoon.  He is great at showing he is tired with rubbing his hands.  Once he is put in his crib and swaddled he can put himself to sleep.

Yes this part of Duke's explosion!  Up the back and through his layers.  Yes you are seeing the right color, green!

All over his arms!  Dad would not touch it, all up to mom to get him cleaned ;)

Just loves to be cuddled

Cousin Gabby!

I love my rings!

Crawling to get the camera!

Just loves to sit.

Getting a big bath after the explosion and one happy boy.

In love with the football, but can't figure out how to get the whole thing in his mouth.

Kisses from mom.

Our nighty time read - Curious George

I love to drool!!!

My first outfit of the day and my many faces right before I had my explosion.  Mom thinks it was the tight pants she put on Duke along with the Bumbo that squeezed all that dirtiness!  (Duke's tummy is so big along with is legs he almost doesn't fit in the bumbo - he needs to stretch out a little)

Loving his naked time after a bath.

Telling mom & dad he is tired and ready for bed.

Duke as a little man!
